A new dining space is taking shape on the roof of Chorus Life in Bergamo, designed to offer a contemporary experience that combines design, panoramic views and a convivial atmosphere.
The Capponi Group has overseen the complete refurbishment of 850 square metres on the complex’s rooftop, transforming the space into a contemporary restaurant that makes the most of the large panoramic windows and the direct connection with the city.
Completed in just 90 days, this project demanded precision, vision, and seamless coordination at every stage. From demolition and spatial reconfiguration to the integration of advanced electrical and mechanical systems, every detail was carefully orchestrated. Custom finishes and bespoke furnishings were selected to elevate both aesthetics and functionality, transforming the space into a refined, high-performing environment.
The result is a project that perfectly balances architectural excellence with operational efficiency and delivered on time.
This project transforms the restaurant’s stunning panoramic setting into an unforgettable experience through contemporary architecture and meticulously chosen materials. Inside, warm wood paneling, satin-finished metals, technical fabrics, and stone-effect surfaces come together to craft an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and inviting. Expansive windows flood the space with natural light, seamlessly connecting guests to the surrounding landscape.
Outside, the design extends the restaurant’s elegance into the open air. Floating wood-effect flooring harmonizes with sleek painted steel pergolas, stylish outdoor furniture, and lush greenery in oversized planters, creating an outdoor oasis that invites relaxation and enjoyment from sunrise to sunset.
Capponi Group acted as general contractor, orchestrating the project from start to finish with a fully integrated approach. Every phase of construction, supply, and coordination was seamlessly managed to ensure total alignment between architecture, building systems, and interior design. This holistic methodology enabled flawless integration on site, guaranteeing efficiency, precision, and continuity throughout the entire process.
