Transforming a circular-plan building into a private luxury residence demanded a precise, thoughtful approach. Curved walls, complex structural systems, and spaces that resist conventional layouts. Tthese are not obstacles, but opportunities for those with the right expertise.
Unlike a commercial space, a home requires balance, functionality, and control. Our goal was never to fight the building's form, but to celebrate it, turning an architectural constraint into a defining signature, and crafting a living experience that feels both contemporary and completely cohesive.
The renovation completely reimagined the internal layout of the penthouse, creating a fluid spatial sequence that honors the building's circular geometry.
The entrance opens into a generous open-plan living area, where the lounge, kitchen, and dining zone flow seamlessly together, guided by the gentle curve of the architecture. The master suite, walk-in wardrobe, and bathrooms anchor the main living wing, unified by a consistent material palette and impeccable craftsmanship.
Every piece of furniture was conceived through a bespoke interior design process. Custom-built solutions and premium materials, selected to enhance proportions, natural light, and spatial perception. The upper level houses a private study and a second bedroom with direct access to a panoramic terrace, completing a layout engineered for comfort, functionality, and refined living.
On this project, Capponi Group acted as sole general contractor, taking full ownership of every phase, from initial concept through to final delivery.
Before breaking ground, layouts, materials, and technical solutions were validated in full, with timelines and costs defined transparently through a detailed cost plan.
