The property had previously been used as student accommodation, with a layout designed to maximise the number of rooms rather than spatial quality. The result was a fragmented environment lacking a true central living area.
The renovation required a deep reorganisation of the internal structure, transforming a functional but anonymous apartment into a refined contemporary residence in the heart of the city.

The intervention involved the reworking of partitions and existing technical systems, overcoming structural constraints to create more open and coherent spaces capable of fully enhancing the view over Città Alta.

The project focused on a new spatial configuration, expanding the perception of the living area and orienting the main spaces towards the panoramic view.

The living room and kitchen were redesigned as a continuous environment, promoting fluidity and improving everyday usability. The bedrooms were organised to ensure a balance between privacy and shared living, through bespoke interior solutions that integrate storage, aesthetics, and functionality.
The use of high-quality materials and essential finishes defines a contemporary architectural language, enhancing natural light, proportions, and the relationship with the exterior.
