The brief called for a space that could serve two equally important purposes: a high-performance working environment for the Capponi Group team, and a refined setting capable of welcoming clients and collaborators at the highest level.

The office had to reflect our way of working: built on dialogue, collaboration, and an uncompromising attention to detail. Striking the right balance between representation and functionality was essential, while always honouring the architectural distinctiveness of the cylindrical tower. Abundant natural light, pouring in through the building's perimeter openings, became one of the project's defining design drivers.

Flooded with light and designed entirely in our own image, the Capponi Group office is a contemporary, refined, and genuinely welcoming workspace.

The layout works with the building's circular geometry, creating a fluid spatial sequence that moves naturally between workstations, meeting areas, and client-facing spaces. The overall mood is contemporary and curated, built through selected materials, clean surfaces, and bespoke furniture that engages in constant dialogue with the existing architecture.

A palette of neutral tones and natural materials creates an environment that is professional yet warm. A space where both the team and clients feel immediately at ease. At the heart of it all sits the meeting room: the true focal point of the office, designed for project presentations, client conversations, and the kind of collaborative thinking that defines the way we work.
